HOW TO USE THE FEELER GAGES:

1) Measure the thickness of your material
2) Choose the appropriate size feeler gage from the Lightburn Art Library
3) Set the red layer to LINE (cut) and the black to FILL (engrave)
4) Set the appropriate SPEED AND POWER for each layer for your laser
5) Focus, frame and start the job

When complete, slide your material into the different slots until you find the best fit. Use the slot height that fits best for the tabs on your project for the perfect assembly fit!

HOW TO LOAD THE LIGHTBURN ART LIBRARY:

====================================================
1) Create A FOLDER on your desktop called Lightburn. Inside that folder, create three more folders called: Art, Materials & Templates (For future use).
Lightburn art files are labeled .lbart, material libraries are labeled .clb & templates are labeled either .lbrn OR .lbrn2,
Save the file, Gages.lbart, to your ART Folder.

2) *From the ART LIBRARY TAB IN LIGHTBURN*, click LOAD --> Browse to Desktop --> Lightburn Art --> Select Gages.lbart --> Click Open.
The folder will now show up in your Art Library!

3) With the Art Library now open and the Gages library loaded, you can DOUBLE CLICK or DRAG AND DROP any of the feeler gages into the Lightburn workspace.

4) Set the RED layer to LINE (to cut) and the BLACK layer to Fill (to engrave)

5) Set the appropriate SPEED AND POWER for each layer for your laser, focus the laser and start the job!
